Act as an integration agent across departments and provide technical support **Join us as a Maintenance Analyst** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to **ensure operational excellence in the Facilities and Projects areas**, ensuring that the factory’s infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. The position aims to **sustain continuity of operations**, drive continuous improvement, reinforce compliance with Quality, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), and Environmental policies, and directly contribute to the unit’s performance and sustainable development. The role is critical for **connecting maintenance, suppliers, CAPEX projects, and critical inspection routines**, ensuring all activities — from monitoring third-party services to preparing briefings and WPs (Work Permits) — are executed with technical rigor, accountability, and focus on achieving targets. Additionally, the role serves as an **integration agent across departments**, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of priorities, and technical support for internal requests. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support production, process, people, and management program activities using the UMS methodology to monitor and coordinate all tasks; * Propose strategies to achieve targets by analyzing available resources and coordinating their allocation to optimize labor and equipment utilization; * Analyze and approve production scheduling, reviewing plans and approving them as needed to ensure production meets demand; * Conduct detailed investigations and document findings to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; * Approve WPs (Work Permits) as required, ensuring safety during high-risk activities on-site; * Plan preventive and predictive maintenance programs; * Execute actions defined in the weekly maintenance planning meeting; * Plan activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams; * Establish technical contact with equipment, tool, and service suppliers. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * SAP experience; * Teamwork and assertive communication skills. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience building Power BI dashboards; * Programming language knowledge such as Python is desirable. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
