Job Summary: A Cook responsible for preparing and finishing dishes, quality control, supporting the head chef, and maintaining organization and hygiene in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and finishing of dishes according to technical specifications and standards 2. Quality control of raw materials and finished products 3. Support to the head chef in menu planning and complex preparations Restaurant seeking a Cook in João Pessoa (Manaira). **Responsibilities:** Prepare and finish dishes according to established technical specifications and standards. Conduct quality control of received raw materials and finished products. Support the head chef in executing menus and handling more complex preparations. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of your workstation (mise en place). Ensure strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, safety, and good practice standards.
