Thus, we believe in developing our employees’ capabilities and fostering collaboration to create outstanding products and experiences that transform how people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead procurement and service/equipment contracting processes; * Prepare and analyze Tender Boards (QC) on the Procurement Portal; * Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, delivery schedule, and quality; * Support contract formalization, purchase orders, and amendments; * Manage supplier registration, expansion, and ongoing supplier relationship management; * Support contractual price adjustments, contract terminations, and supplier replacements; * Maintain continuous coordination with construction sites, cost control, contracts, and quality departments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI and AI skills are advantageous); * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will enjoy: * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
