So come get “aluminized” with us! **#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Primary responsibility includes process parameter control, measurement, analysis, and proposing corrective actions. * Guide operators in performing their tasks to meet established goals, in compliance with quality and occupational health and safety instructions and procedures. * Audit production processes, critical variables, and their interactions. * Conduct traceability analyses and defect/failure characterization. * Practice and contribute to activities in alignment with best practices in Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSE&S). * Perform other related and inherent duties of the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **PREFERRED** * Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI and similar platforms. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—which is why we strive to support our employees at every stage!
