After all, it's 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance services to be performed by professionals in the field: electricians, mechanics, welders, masons, plumbers, painters, sheet metal workers, and others; * Analyze, study, and investigate the actual needs and potential consequences caused by equipment or machine failures; * Report incidents and issue maintenance work orders; * Record, after maintenance is completed, the downtime of equipment or machines, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased, etc.; * Contact management regularly to verify whether maintenance services have been or are being properly executed and fully meet the company’s needs; * Maintain control over machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents; * Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities, monitoring equipment through maintenance indicators and supporting department decisions with information, guaranteeing that all factory equipment remains in perfect working condition and available for production, focusing on reliability at the lowest possible cost; * Manage the inventory of documents (technical manuals, reports, service orders, and others); * Support team leaders so that actions taken ensure improvement in observed maintenance indicators; * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and preservation of natural resources in accordance with the company's SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Experience in maintenance planning; * Knowledge of the SAP-PM module and Office suite (advanced Excel); * Knowledge of Power BI and TPM is a plus. **Worth mentioning:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Additional Information** **Here's what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Food allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children's gift kit for your kids. * PPR - Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deducted loans. * Study grants. * Educary - Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Shuttle bus service.
