After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform weighing services for raw materials, goods, and received products, as well as weighing and loading services for manufactured and/or outgoing goods and products. * Monitor loading and unloading schedules, and receive raw materials, goods, and products. * Use appropriate tools, maintain them properly, and ensure workplace cleanliness and safety, observing occupational safety regulations and following instructions according to assigned tasks. * Collaborate with the logistics department by operating scales and performing related tasks, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and established procedures. * Maintain and preserve the scale, identifying and reporting any irregularities observed in the equipment. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (Mandatory); * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and basic mathematics (Desirable). **Worth mentioning:** Shift 2, Monday to Saturday, from 2:10 PM to 10:35 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus transportation. **If you possess the above experience and competencies, we’re looking for a professional like you!
