Propose improvements based on analysis of the efficiency of the automotive component production cycle at suppliers, targeting mitigation of risks in meeting demand. Ensure timely updates and management of departmental KPIs.**Requirements** -------------- - Completed Bachelor’s degree; - Knowledge in Production Processes, Costs, Procurement, and Production Materials Logistics; - Intermediate English; - Practical Excel skills.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1. Manage delivery risks and crises from domestic suppliers to meet production plant requirements. 2. Engage internal technical and commercial stakeholders to support demand-related activities. 3. Analyze supplier production capacity versus production demands per model/variant. 4. Monitor customer priorities with operations and suppliers. 5. Maintain constant follow-up with suppliers, relevant peers, and customers. 6. Update and critically assess KPIs for activity performance and progress. 7. Monitor demand forecasts for models produced in South America to prevent risks and potential obsolescence. 8. Lead and analyze payment processes for extra costs incurred by South America production plants’ suppliers. 9. Comply with operational procedures and adhere to HSE, OMS, Quality, Radar Program, and DHL Supply Chain Code of Conduct standards.
