JOB OPENING: Business Intelligence Analyst at Target Consulting Group João Pessoa – PB | Employment model: Individual Contractor (PJ) We are seeking an analytical, organized individual with strong logical reasoning skills to work as a Sales Administrative Analyst, supporting consultants on projects for companies in the Retail and Distribution sectors. You will play a key role in structuring reports, analyzing commercial and financial data, logistics performance, building dashboards, and contributing to the administrative organization of the consulting practice. Responsibilities: * Support consultants in organizing and executing project deliverables; * Collect, process, and update databases containing sales, inventory, performance, and other relevant information; * Develop reports and dashboards (Excel and Power BI); * Support the creation of executive presentations based on analyses; * Organize files, documents, and project histories; * Perform administrative routines (document control, invoice issuance, scheduling, coordination with Finance). Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an assistant, junior analyst, or backoffice professional; * Advanced Excel skills (formatting, formulas, dashboards, pivot tables); * Desired: Power Query and VBA; * Desired: Basic knowledge of Power BI; * Experience with sales data, commercial KPIs, and/or consulting projects is a plus. Desired Profile: * Analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Organization, agility, and sense of responsibility; * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution.
