




**Description:** Responsibilities and duties Monitor, during customer service, the receipt from delinquent customers of low to high complexity through analysis of outstanding debts and negotiation; Ensure the accuracy of processes and technical information within the service area by performing complex tasks; Contribute to the development of explanatory and instructional materials for training, aiming to enhance perception and understanding by internal and external customers; Extract service reports from the commercial system to provide daily data input for Commercial Management; Support reduction of delinquency rates by handling customer requests regarding automatic debit; Support the correct recalculation of invoices and justification of needs through analysis of customer requirements; Contribute to the assessment of Commercial area results through daily data updates; Assist in handling internal processes interfacing with corporate clients with ongoing accounts by forwarding and analyzing requests; Analyze customer requests and complaints, identify the most affected areas, and assign action plans; Identify and analyze customer needs through data evaluation, profile mapping, and potential opportunities for the sector; Keep the system updated by completing forms and updating internal systems with registration data \*and commercial status; Comply with quality and occupational safety procedures by participating in lectures and training sessions, using PPE, properly handling materials, machines, and equipment, among others; Perform other related activities as requested and directed by leadership.
