Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our UX team and contribute to creating digital experiences that positively impact our users and business. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your autonomy on increasingly complex projects, developing a more strategic design perspective while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered solutions. **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Conduct qualitative user research, independently carrying out interviews and usability tests * Design and prototype solutions by creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma * Apply and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency and quality across interfaces * Present your solutions to stakeholders, defending your design decisions with strong rationale * Support implementation by performing handoffs and validating deliverables during QA * Contribute to process improvements based on your hands-on experience and actively participate in Design Chapter initiatives. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Proven experience independently leading end\-to\-end projects * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments * Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, handoffs) * Knowledge of information architecture and Design Systems * Clear communication and presentation skills * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity in seeking support when needed * Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback * Interest in connecting design with business outcomes **Preferred:** * Experience in technology companies or startups * Familiarity with quantitative research methods * Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) * Familiarity with tagging and product metrics * Knowledge of digital accessibility * Research tools (Maze, UserTesting, Typeform) * Interest in metrics and business impact * Experience presenting to senior stakeholders * Intermediate English for technical reading and tool usage **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role) * Assessments * Interview with Talent Team * Technical test * Interview with leadership * Job offer
