Main Responsibilities: * Deliver pharmaceutical service with excellence, promoting health and customer loyalty; * Ensure correct dispensing of medications in accordance with current legislation; * Actively contribute to achieving store targets and performance indicators; * Support and guide the team in sales and customer service; * Monitor store organization, product expiration dates, and adherence to processes; * Ensure compliance with ANVISA and other regulatory agency standards; * Participate in commercial initiatives and strategies to boost results. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with CRF (Regional Council of Pharmacy); * Flexible availability for working hours; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a results-driven profile. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in pharmacies; * Experience managing targets and performance indicators; * Commercial acumen and team leadership experience.
