### **About the Opportunity**
We are building the team at Regional Hospital of Teófilo Otoni and seeking an Imaging Diagnostic Coordinator to lead the institution’s imaging services operations.
This role is strategic to ensure examination quality, rapid reporting, and operational efficiency within the department, directly supporting clinical decision-making and operational sustainability in a charitable institution.
**Hiring will occur according to the hospital’s opening demand schedule.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate imaging services (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound), ensuring technical quality and examination safety
* Manage the full examination workflow (scheduling, performance, reporting, and result delivery), ensuring agility and reduced rework
* Monitor productivity, equipment utilization, and report turnaround time
* Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance in coordination with clinical engineering
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and quality benchmarks
* Lead technical and administrative teams, including staffing, shift scheduling, and professional development
* Drive continuous process improvement, reducing waste and increasing efficiency
* Interface with the clinical staff, billing department, and other healthcare areas to ensure departmental quality and sustainability
**Requirements and Qualifications**
### **Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields
* Experience in diagnostic imaging
* Leadership experience
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a hospital setting
* Experience with accreditation programs (ONA, ISO, or similar)
* Experience implementing or structuring SADT services
