So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Translate the company’s OKRs into clear, structured, and measurable analytical initiatives, ensuring a direct connection between data and business outcomes; * Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate analyses, and propose actions that drive strategic KPIs; * Explore and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights and support business area decision-making; * Develop efficient data queries and extractions (SQL), ensuring data quality, reliability, and agility in information delivery; * Build and enhance dashboards and reports that communicate results clearly, concisely, and action-oriented; * Support initiative prioritization based on data, contributing to continuous OKR tracking; * Collaborate closely with business areas (including Legal), understanding requirements and translating needs into practical, targeted analyses; * Communicate results, analyses, and recommendations clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including leadership; * Continuously seek improvements in processes, tools, and analyses, elevating the company’s analytical maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We’re looking for someone with:** * Degree in quantitative fields (Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines). * Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking (OKRs, financial indicators, etc.); * Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake (a plus); * Knowledge of Python for data analysis (a plus); * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for dashboard development and KPI monitoring; * Proficiency in SQL for large-scale data manipulation, extraction, and analysis (essential requirement); * Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and ability to translate data into practical actions; * Excellent communication skills — clear and confident when presenting insights and influencing decisions; **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (hybrid work model); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (If preferred, you may receive both amounts on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy for Development; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
