**Power Bank Sales Promoter – JET** JET’s Promoters work on-site, primarily at events and high-traffic locations. Their mission is to approach the public, present promotional materials, and encourage power bank rentals via the JET app. Key Responsibilities: * Actively and courteously approach people; * Present JET’s power bank rental service; * Assist customers in using the JET app; * Encourage rentals and subscriptions; * Daily registration of output in the system. Work Schedule and Format * 3-day shifts: the promoter selects one consecutive 3-day work slot; * Daily output registration; * Payment released upon completion of the 3-day shift. Shifts (chosen by the promoter) * 13:00–18:00 (5 hours) * 18:00–23:00 (5 hours) * Saturdays and Sundays: additional +20% commission. Compensation Model: * R$ 5.00 for each power bank rental (rental) completed via the JET app; * R$ 10.00 for each subscription sold; * No income cap: higher performance equals higher earnings; * Subscriptions act as an income accelerator, in addition to rentals. Targets (KPIs) * Expected average of 10 rentals per hour; * 50 rentals per shift (5 hours); * Subscriptions are not mandatory targets but significantly increase earnings.
