Job Summary: A professional to develop and enhance relationships with suppliers, prospect new ones, negotiate, qualify, and ensure cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, and quality of items. Key Highlights: 1. Engage in prospecting and relationship management with suppliers of raw materials and services 2. Ensure lower cost, timely delivery, and quality in construction supplies 3. Maintain close contact with the operations team throughout the procurement process Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with SIENGE software (Preferred) * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, organization, attentiveness, and proactivity. * Develop and enhance relationships with suppliers of raw materials and services; * Actively prospect new suppliers of products and services; * Study and fully understand the business, products, materials, and services to effectively negotiate with suppliers; * Qualify suppliers; * Ensure lowest cost without compromising delivery timelines or quality of supplied items; * Ensure suppliers meet delivery deadlines; * Maintain close contact with the operations team to correctly understand purchase orders and/or services, and ensure timely execution of the procurement process. 2511080202181857295
