




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling and inspecting baggage and cargo, ensuring the safety and efficiency of airport operations. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and scanning for fallen objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Supervise aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and supervise baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Through reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), segregate items in airport sorting areas to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, adhering to special situation identification guidelines (e.g., fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Through reading volume identification labels, unload baggage and cargo and place them at designated locations (reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo packaging to verify suitability for transportation, thereby ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo within holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshaling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and direct equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574722
