




Job Summary: Performs administrative, financial, and logistical support services, attending to suppliers and customers and handling various documents. Key Highlights: 1. Working with spreadsheet preparation and purchase monitoring. 2. Issuing invoices and registering suppliers/products. 3. Entering orders, invoices, bank slips, and CTEs into the system. Perform support services in administration, finance, and logistics; attend to suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information about products and services; handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures related to them. * Work with spreadsheet preparation in Excel. * Monitor purchase requisitions. * Issue invoices. * Register suppliers and products. * Perform various entries in the system. * Enter orders, invoices, bank slips, and CTEs. * Monitor the NOU. * Prepare reports and other duties pertinent to the position.
