Do you want to be part of something truly great while learning a great deal, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** ### **What you’ll do daily:** * Conduct electronic time tracking for store employees; * Clarify employee and leadership inquiries regarding time tracking, payroll, benefits, and other HR topics; * Receive and forward onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related documents to the headquarters HR department; * Support the onboarding process for new store employees; * Manage and archive physical documents related to the HR department; * Serve as the local point of contact for HR matters, ensuring efficient communication between the store and headquarters. ### **Therefore, we require that you have:** * Completed high school (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience with HR routines, preferably in wholesale and retail stores; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and electronic time-tracking systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease in interacting with people; * Proactivity and responsibility to thrive in a dynamic environment. ### **It would be a plus if you have:** * Familiarity with time-tracking systems (e.g., REP, DIMEP); * Experience in the wholesale and retail sector; * Basic understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes. ### **Work schedule:** In-person work from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Two Saturdays per month, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ### **What you’ll find at Economart:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal allowance; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee; * Economart Awarded Dedication Program (DPE); * Employee referral bonus; * Life insurance; * SESC membership; * University partnerships: discounts of up to 80% at select institutions; * Celebrations for festive occasions such as Carnival, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Women’s Day, Children’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.; * Opportunities for professional growth. ### **Where you’ll work:** Av.
