Description
Responsible for ensuring the technical and operational execution of silviculture, harvesting, and logistics activities in accordance with forest management planning, guaranteeing productivity, compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and continuous development of the field team.
1\. Coordinate operational tasks such as planting, soil preparation, spraying, mowing, pruning, application of agricultural pesticides, area cleaning, road maintenance, harvesting, and logistics.
2\. Monitor and supervise services performed by third-party companies, ensuring compliance with contracts and adherence to the company's safety and environmental standards.
3\. Work in the field alongside in-house and/or third-party teams, assisting with the transportation of seedlings, agricultural pesticides, tools, and other inputs when necessary.
4\. Prepare technical reports and operational indicators regarding performed services, applied inputs, and achieved results, supporting managers in planning and controlling operations.
5\. Promote best operational practices through training, technical guidance, and field and classroom team development.
6\. Monitor operational and operator performance indicators, such as fuel consumption, engine speed and rotation, output efficiency, and quality of performed activities.
7\. Identify critical points in forest operations and propose solutions aimed at continuous improvement of processes and operational performance.
8\. Support the implementation of new field projects, contributing to the adoption of innovative technologies, methodologies, and processes.
