If you possess willingness to work, commitment, and eagerness to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in various stages of the tire retreading process (e.g., buffing, repair, skiving, filling, finishing, etc.); * Operate production-specific tools and equipment; * Conduct visual inspection of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Perform other tasks related to the tire retreading process; * Comply with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No prior experience required – we provide training; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; * Background in the automotive or rubber industry. **Available Work Shifts:** · Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break). \- NIGHT SHIFT **Benefits**: Meal allowance, Attendance bonus, Overtime pay, Uniform.
