This person will be responsible for coordinating the archive team, implementing policies for the organization and preservation of physical and digital documents, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and guide archivists and archive assistants; * Implement and maintain document management policies in accordance with technical and legal standards; * Control the flow of physical and digital documents, ensuring their proper classification, conservation, and storage; * Ensure security, preservation, and appropriate access to institutional documents; * Promote digitization, indexing, and retrieval of documents through GED/ECM systems; * Provide technical support to academic and administrative departments regarding archival practices; * Prepare technical, operational, and managerial reports for the area; * Ensure compliance with LGPD and other legislation related to document management; * Propose continuous improvements in the institution's archival processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Archival Science or related fields**; * **Active professional registration (Law nº 6\.546/78\)**; * **Desirable experience** in archival activities; * Knowledge of technical standards in the field (ABNT, CONARQ, etc.); * Familiarity with **electronic document management systems (GED/ECM)**; * Basic knowledge of the **General Data Protection Law (LGPD)**. * Desirable experience in higher education **Additional information** Employment type: CLT Availability for 100% on-site work in Itaperuna.
