Job Summary: Lead, motivate, and plan cleaning, conservation, and maintenance teams; mediate client-service relations; and manage team work, materials, and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and manage team work Lead and motivate workers providing cleaning, conservation, and general maintenance services. Mediate relationships between clients and the services provided. Plan and manage team work by defining work routines, cleaning techniques, and material application; identify priorities; and supply materials and equipment for service execution. May perform conservation and cleaning activities in any type of environment. Guide less experienced colleagues in solving more complex problems. Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 08:00 to 12:00 Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
