**Job Description / Responsibilities:** Work in the store's customization department, personalizing stainless steel products using a dedicated engraving and customization machine (equipment details to be provided later). Key responsibilities: * Personalize products according to customer requests; * Prepare files for customization; * Operate editing software (to be confirmed); * Organize customized orders; * Assist in controlling and organizing the department; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Preferred Education and Experience:** * Completed high school; * Basic computer literacy; * Proficiency in editing software is required (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar — to be confirmed); * Experience in customization or operating machinery is a plus; * Experience in manual tasks or activities requiring attention to detail is considered a plus. **Behavioral Traits and/or Additional Job Information:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Carefulness and precision when handling products; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Ability to quickly learn new tasks; * Good communication skills; * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday**.
