If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—together we can go much further! **\#letstransformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and duties** Main Responsibilities * Project Management: Monitor and manage all stages of the development process, ensuring deadlines are met and project quality is maintained. * Customer Interface: Act as the main point of contact for customer communication, understanding their needs and translating them into technical specifications for new packaging. * Team Management: Coordinate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Testing and Validation: Lead the testing of resins, masterbatches, and other materials to ensure packaging suitability and performance. * Tool Development: Supervise the design and construction of molds and other tools required for production. * Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports. * Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements in development processes to optimize efficiency and quality. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in the blow molding packaging industry, preferably PET and/or HDPE. * In-depth knowledge of product and tooling development processes. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers and suppliers. * Technical knowledge of plastic resins, masterbatches, and material properties. * Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Production or Mechanical) or related field. * Flexibility to work onsite in Lorena/SP. **Differentiators** * Experience with CAD/CAM software. * Knowledge of project management tools (such as MS Project or similar). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional information** **Our Benefits:** * Medical plan; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Onsite lunch; * Profit sharing (PLR).
