Job Summary: Collaborate with the Product Engineering team, support procedural tasks, lead meetings, participate in training, and ensure compliance with policies and standards while managing documentation and work processes. Must be familiar with quality tools, with emphasis on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and possess knowledge of product development focusing on component specification, reading and interpretation of technical standards, reading and interpretation of engineering drawings, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and responsibility for analyzing project input data, responding to quotations, and providing information for product release and modification according to the planning schedule. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering; Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD); Previous experience in this role; Familiarity with technical standards and quality standards; Willingness to work 100% on-site in Paraisópolis – MG. Skills: Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Systemic vision and attention to detail. Teamwork and effective communication. Technical English (reading and writing).
