You will be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer service, with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success at every step of the way. **Job Responsibilities:** The incumbent is responsible for performing various operations in the production area, as classified under Category C, involving machine or equipment operation, various assembly tasks, whose characteristics require only manual dexterity, attention to sequence, and discernment for reading from instructions. May also perform all auxiliary production services or related tasks as needed, under the guidance of their immediate supervisor. **Job Objective:** Visually or dimensionally inspect and control quality, consulting reference tables and recording data on control forms. Perform operations according to the order portfolio or KANBAN system. Perform various assemblies and operations on equipment (Class III). Identify the tools, equipment, or machines used. Identify when tools require replacement and/or replenishment. Identify the product, component, or raw material and its application. Handle products and components correctly (storage method). Complete the safety and autonomous maintenance checklist. Carry out activities related to continuous improvement (Carrier Excellence). Dispose of waste and disposable items according to selective collection guidelines. Perform periodic product traceability. Perform machine set-up (Class III). Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment and workplace. Understand the company’s MASS Policy and Management System, and contribute to its implementation.
