If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** -------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, store, and handle materials, ensuring they are in good condition and comply with defined specifications and procedures; * Record all material movements (location transfers, production shipments and receipts, etc.) in the ERP system; * Organize materials or raw materials in the warehouse efficiently to facilitate product access and minimize losses or damage; * Optimize warehouse space by grouping similar materials; * Meet production demands on time by physically and systemically transferring materials according to requests registered in the SCI system, adhering to FIFO principles; * Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks), provided the employee is authorized and duly certified; * Understand different product types and the optimal storage methods based on their specific characteristics and requirements (e.g., temperature, humidity, fragility); * Conduct shift handover at the end of the workday by reporting the shift closure file for each production line; * Follow occupational health and safety regulations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we require that you have:** * Availability to work in Lorena; * Availability to work fixed shifts or rotating shifts; * Completed high school education; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Experience operating forklifts (gas/electric/telescopic) in an industrial setting; * Valid forklift operator certification. * Driver’s license category B **Additional Information** We care about our employees’ well-being, which is why we offer a benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life: * Health insurance for employees and dependents; * Dental insurance for employees and dependents; * Profit-sharing program; * On-site meals; * Food basket or meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering tuition discounts for employees and dependents; * Life insurance.
