**We Are All Institute** Founded in 2008, the Syrio-Lebanese Social Responsibility Institute (IRSSL) was created with the purpose of strengthening the social volunteer efforts of the Sociedade Beneficente de Senhoras do Hospital Sírio-Libanês in Brazil's public health system, aiming to bring administrative and operational excellence—already recognized in the private sector—to municipal and state levels across the country.
