Our focus is on quality, specialized welding, and custom projects. **The Challenge:** We are seeking an organized, digitally savvy professional to support our online sales and assist with the administrative workflow of our workshop. If you love cars or mechanics and are comfortable using computers, this position is for you. **Your Responsibilities:** * **E-commerce Management (Primary Focus):** Listing products on our website and marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre), writing detailed product descriptions, updating prices, and responding to online buyer inquiries. * **Customer Service:** Providing first-contact support via WhatsApp and telephone. * **Administrative Routine:** Creating Service Orders (S.O.) for customers dropping off parts for repair/cleaning. * **After-sales Support:** Contacting customers to provide quotes and notify them upon service completion. **Requirements:** * Excellent writing skills (fluent, correct Portuguese is essential for listings). * Proficiency with computers, basic Excel, and sales platforms (familiarity with Mercado Livre is a plus). * Strong organizational skills to meet quotation deadlines. * *Bonus:* Interest in the automotive sector or familiarity with vehicle parts. **What We Offer:** * Salary: R$1882 * Team performance bonus * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Job Type: Full-time, CLT employment Compensation: Up to R$1.882,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) * Mercado Livre (Preferred)
