If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—together we can go much further! **\#letstransformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and duties** * Calculate, analyze, and control direct and indirect production costs * Analyze actual vs. standard cost variances and prepare margin reports * Perform monthly closing routines for company results * Conduct detailed and strategic analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization * Prepare cost statements, managerial reports, and result presentations for management * Ensure efficiency and accuracy of records in the ERP system * Implement improvements in area processes, as well as in cost recording and control * Create detailed reports using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI * Participate in annual inventory processes * Perform cost reconciliations * Prepare managerial reports and industrial cost performance indicators (KPIs) * Support internal and external audit requests * Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of norms, procedures, and systems supporting cost process governance **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or Accounting is desirable * Experience in industrial cost areas (preferably in manufacturing companies) * Knowledge of absorption costing, allocations, and variance analysis * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP ERP * Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation applicable to costs is a plus * Intermediate to advanced English skills * Analytical, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication * Flexibility to work in a hybrid model in Lorena/SP **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Medical plan; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Onsite lunch; * Profit sharing program (PPR).
