Portion ingredients according to recipe in Wrong Addition. Ensure all ingredients are identified per procedure. Follow FIFO for raw materials. Complete material verification checklists prior to product manufacturing. Perform ingredient mixing according to recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. Move materials using manual or electric pallet trucks. Adhere to established baking parameters per procedure. Dismantle and clean parts and equipment per procedure. Ensure production plan adherence. Complete documentation dossiers for portioned, mixed, and baked ingredients. Keep UNIU training records up to date. Place empty trays and remove full trays from Mimac. Demould baked granola trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags.
