Inatel, a Center of Excellence in Teaching and Research, is selecting a **Human Resources Specialist** to work at the Human Resources Center. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support management in reviewing, developing, implementing, and monitoring programs, action plans, and internal policies aimed at promoting and maintaining organizational well-being, tracking and evaluating their outcomes; * Conduct periodic assessments to map psychosocial risks in the workplace; * Identify, assess, and propose strategies and actions to mitigate psychosocial risk factors, in accordance with NR-1 guidelines; * Support the structuring and updating of the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Support management in preparing, updating, and organizing reports, technical documents, and records; * Support management in defining, implementing, and monitoring indicators; * Plan, conduct, and deliver training sessions, lectures, and educational and guidance initiatives; * Monitor employee absences and reintegration processes; * Provide individual consultations, offering qualified support and active listening to employees, with appropriate referrals to specialized services when necessary, ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics; * Conduct exit interviews and record and analyze resulting information; * Support the recruitment and selection/development team in relevant assessments, as required; * Contribute to the onboarding program for new employees by presenting programs, initiatives, institutional policies, and available channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with active registration at the Regional Psychology Council (4th Region); Postgraduate studies in occupational health, mental health management, or organizational and work psychology are desirable. * Experience in activities related to this role; * Proficiency in: * Brief Psychotherapy and Psychological Counseling techniques; * Application, scoring, and interpretation of tests for Psychological Assessment; * Regulatory Norms (especially NR-01, NR-07, and NR-17); * Psychosocial assessment tools and methodologies. * Knowledge and practical experience in: * Microsoft Office Suite; * Excel applied to data analysis; * Risk management and PGR development. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Activities must be carried out at Inatel’s campus in Santa Rita do Sapucaí – MG.
