**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support management in reviewing, developing, implementing, and monitoring programs, action plans, and internal policies aimed at promoting and maintaining organizational well-being, tracking and evaluating their outcomes;
* Conduct periodic assessments to map psychosocial risks in the workplace;

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications**
* High school diploma;
* Knowledge of chemical processes for industrial wastewater treatment;
* Prior experience using and handling chemical products;
* Support laboratory measurements of wastewater (raw and treated);
* Ability to interpret laboratory test results for wastewater;
* Support basic repairs at the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (autonomous maintenance);
* Strong organizational and cleanliness skills, and adherence to internal company procedures.
