Job Summary: The professional will monitor, interpret, and standardize production processes, implement improvements, ensure compliance with specifications, optimize production, and reduce losses. Reduction of setup times and improvement of setup execution efficiency Description: For this position, we require the following: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Willingness to reside in Itamonte \- MG * Monitor, understand, and interpret the entire production process—including Paint House, Platemaking, Printing, and Rewinding—collecting data for process control and standardization, ensuring product specifications and Work Instructions are met; * Establish new operational parameters to support product development, based on test results; * Implement process conditions for product manufacturing through pilot batches, analyzing and proposing operational modifications; * Update process and production documentation and records; * Liaise with various suppliers to conduct research and obtain material specifications; * Guide the production department and other involved departments regarding activities during development and production phases of new items; * Propose suggestions for production optimization and loss reduction; * Ensure operational rationalization through appropriate methods (tools); * Monitor, collect data, and define standards and procedures for machine setup control and execution, aiming to reduce setup times and improve execution efficiency; * Support Technical Assistance; * Visit customers when necessary. 2512030202191104873
