**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 10 a.m. \- 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. \- 5 p.m. **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship **Job Mission** The commercial intern’s mission is to support the cooperative’s commercial area activities, contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and cooperative member relationship management. Additionally, the intern will play an active role in the cooperative’s Digital Customer Service (P.A. Digital), assisting with digital presence strategies and interactions with cooperative members via digital platforms. The intern will assist in developing commercial proposals, provide administrative support to commercial teams, and monitor the implementation of digital solutions—all while focusing on enhancing the cooperative member experience and growing the cooperative’s commercial operations, under the direct supervision of experienced professionals. **Key Responsibilities** * Support branch activities by providing in-person and/or telephone customer service; * Maintain daily commercial operations, supporting managers and assistants; * Assist in formalizing commercial proposals and tracking the sales process; * Support the team in the P.A.
