Leads the team under direct supervision, delegates responsibilities, and implements operational procedures. Conducts unit opening and closing. Maintains financial routines, manages petty cash, monitors cash flow, and submits financial reports. Controls merchandise inventory, verifies invoices and receipts. Ensures high-quality customer service and maintenance of equipment, furniture, facilities, electrical energy conservation, conscious water usage, and other resources. * Perform external administrative tasks. * Conduct unit opening and closing. * Coordinate cash register financial flows. * Manage and maintain service excellence. * Ensure electrical energy conservation, conscious water usage, and other resource management, per employee manual. * Handle incoming correspondence and e\-mails. * Monitor adherence to work schedules and implement corrective actions. * Lead the team, delegate responsibilities, and implement operational procedures. * Control merchandise inventory. * Verify merchandise receipt and enter corresponding invoices into the system. * Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and projection machines. * Coordinate, organize, and supervise activities performed by subordinates—i.e., verify whether tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards. * Select suppliers and research pricing. * Procure merchandise for the unit. * Request payment authorization. * Monitor process implementation. * Regularly submit documents requested by headquarters and complete required forms. * Operate computer resources and operating systems. * Propose measures to simplify and improve operational routines. * Plan and execute additional (thematic) events. * Process employee hiring and termination under supervisor guidance. * Guide the team on company policies and procedures. * Monitor goal achievement. * Execute work procedures and maintenance plans to identify operational and functional deficiencies. * Evaluate team performance. * Define and manage work schedules. * Screen and disseminate information. * Other duties as required by the company.
