In the meantime, please keep your information updated and complete all required steps so that we may get to know you better. **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position * Serve as a strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition & Selection team, supporting the definition and monitoring of the Talent Acquisition strategy through data and metrics; * Develop, structure, and enhance management dashboards and reports focused on recruitment funnel/SLA; * Build, organize, and ensure governance of Talent Acquisition & Selection data repositories, guaranteeing consistency, reliability, and traceability of information; * Conduct predictive and diagnostic analyses to support decision-making related to job volume, recruiter performance, sourcing channels, and process optimization; * Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, automation, and data quality in recruitment; * Manage governance and monitor third-party partners and vendors (e.g., consulting firms, recruitment platforms, executive search), based on performance metrics; * Propose structural improvements to the Talent Acquisition & Selection process, fostering a data-driven and performance-oriented culture; * Monitor departmental projects with a focus on continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience building dashboards and performing data analysis (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are preferred). **Additional Information** **We care for our people — that’s how we’ll become the healthcare solution people desire and the world needs.
