





Inatel is recruiting a Network Analyst to work in the CTIC Support Department. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist users in utilizing available resources and tools; * Monitor the execution of network and information security projects; * Operate and monitor server operating systems: Linux and Windows; * Operate and monitor Layer-3 switches, routers, wireless networks, backup software, virtualization systems (VMware), SAN networks, and cloud services (Azure, Amazon, and Google); * Operate and monitor WAN networks and BGP; * Operate edge and internal firewalls with user-level access control; * Implement new information security systems; * Monitor existing security systems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Processing Technology; * Experience in networking and technical support; * Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of information security, virtualized environments using VMware, general service-providing software (e.g., Web, FTP, VPN, Directory Services, Backup), and cloud infrastructure; * Familiarity with information security best practices (OWASP, ISO 27001, CVE), vulnerability analysis, BGP, and WAN network protocols; * Intermediate English proficiency. **It would be advantageous to have experience in:** * Vulnerability analysis tools; * SIEM tools; * Penetration testing (PenTest). **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Work location:** Activities may be performed remotely (telecommuting), with two days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) on-site at Inatel’s campus in Santa Rita do Sapucaí.
