




Job Summary: Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Focus on quality, deadlines, and cost control #### **Responsibilities** * Manage all phases of construction projects—from initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling to final delivery—ensuring compliance with technical standards and local regulations. * Conduct technical inspections and site visits to ensure material quality and proper execution of work. * Coordinate work teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to optimize workflow and meet established deadlines. * Develop and implement occupational health and safety plans (PCMSO and PPRA) to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment, supported by specialized external companies. * Review and approve complementary projects (e.g., plumbing, electrical) and integrate them with architectural and structural designs. * Prepare construction progress reports, monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality, and present them to clients and management. * Develop payment schedules, financial forecasts, and comparative cost controls against the base budget. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing and executing civil construction projects, particularly residential and custom-built buildings. * Basic proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit or ArchiCAD) for project development and analysis. * Solid knowledge of ABNT technical standards (NBRs) and urban legislation applicable to civil construction. * Experience in construction budgeting using advanced Excel and cost management systems. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings. #### **Skills** * Basic MS Office * AutoCAD * MS Project * Construction Management ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (Pessoa Jurídica) ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Team Management, Quality Management ### **Benefits:** As per company policy ### **Department:** Persona \- JHSF / LB
