We are undergoing accelerated digital transformation, with two proprietary platforms under development that will be central to the group's technology strategy. **ABOUT THIS POSITION** This role is for a well-rounded full stack developer with autonomy to lead end\-to\-end development cycles. The professional will work on developing Crosser Capital's priority platforms. **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Develop and maintain front\-end and back\-end features of the platforms; – Architect and define technical development standards; – Integrate with external APIs, third-party services, and data sources; – Design relational and non-relational databases; – Implement security, performance, and scalability best practices; – Code versioning and technical documentation; – Collaborate directly with leadership to understand product requirements and prioritize deliveries. **REQUIREMENTS** – Solid full stack development experience (2\+ years); – Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js); – Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Firebase); – Expertise in RESTful APIs and integration best practices; – Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and production deployments; – Ability to work autonomously and take technical ownership. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** – Experience developing SaaS or B2B platforms; – Knowledge of AI/ML applied to software products; – Experience with Python for automations and integrations; – Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, or data intelligence products. **WHAT WE OFFER** – Leadership in developing the group's strategic products; – Highly autonomous technical environment with direct business impact; – Equity participation opportunity for exceptional candidates; – Competitive compensation, to be negotiated; – Remote/hybrid work flexibility.
