**Full Buyer** ------------- **JOB DESCRIPTION** --------------------- We are looking for an analytical, curious and innovative professional to work as a **Buyer focused on new products**. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand the product portfolio, researching market trends, developing new suppliers and ensuring competitive negotiations that contribute to the company’s differentiation and increased profitability. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** ----------------------------------- * Conduct **market research** to identify product launches, trends and innovations; * Prospect **new national and international suppliers**, evaluating their product portfolios, quality, delivery times and commercial terms; * Lead **quotation processes, technical analysis and negotiation of new products** for inclusion in the company’s product mix; * Collaborate with **Marketing, Sales and Commercial Planning** teams to ensure strategic alignment of product launches; * Monitor the **performance of new items**, tracking sales, margin and inventory turnover; * Attend trade fairs, events and supplier visits to **identify commercial opportunities**; * Keep product and supplier information updated in the procurement system. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Marketing** or related fields; * Prior experience in **Procurement, Product Development or Trade Marketing**; * Skills in **negotiation and market analysis**; * Proficiency in **Excel and procurement systems (ERP)**; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** -------------------------- * Proactivity and strategic vision; * Genuine interest in **trends and innovation**; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity.
