As a Senior PCP Analyst, you will lead the planning and control of Leiturinha product production, serving as a strategic link across departments and ensuring demand aligns with production capacity. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and control Leiturinha product production to optimize machine and equipment productivity and reduce general losses and waste; * Manage internal processes for generating production orders, batch categorization, and billing; Improve material flow on the production line; * Manage and monitor inventory levels of products; * Analyze batch closing data; * Analyze material consumption via ERP; * Support B2B, B2C, and Leiturinha Store operations; * Assist internal projects and GDD management; * Participate in hour-by-hour schedule management; * Act as the liaison between production, procurement, logistics, and commercial departments to align priorities; * Request materials in the ERP system; * Monitor and control performance indicators to track results; * Propose adjustments in case of capacity deviations, timeline delays, or material availability issues; * Support leadership in decision-making processes related to production planning; * Develop initiatives aimed at improving internal processes; * Apply quality/continuous improvement tools (Kaizen/5PQ/ACR/) to internal planning processes. **Experience & Qualifications** * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools; * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar); * Practical experience in capacity planning and production control; * Familiarity with demand forecasting methods; * Ability to interpret and propose adjustments to performance indicators; * Experience with integrated ERP systems; * Management of intermediate and safety stock. **What We Offer** At Sandbox, we believe professional growth goes hand-in-hand with well-being.
