Assembly and final finishing of parts **Job Description** =================== **Main Responsibilities** * Perform winding and preparation of capacitive elements in accordance with internal standards, customer documents, and technical drawings where applicable. * Assemble insulators in accordance with internal standards, customer documents, and technical drawings where applicable. * Monitor and supervise the treatment/drying process of parts in accordance with internal standards (recipe). * Perform preparation and assembly of metallic membranes onto flanges, followed by oil filling of columns, dispatch of parts to thermal cycling, and finally, oil level adjustment of membranes in accordance with internal standards, customer documents, and technical drawings where applicable. * Perform winding of primaries, secondaries, and reactors, as well as assembly of the board plate and its components, blocking coil, and final tank assembly. * Assemble and burn capacitive packs, assist in part transportation using manual pallet jacks, and perform final finishing of TPCs, including cleaning of insulators and tanks and tightening screws using manual tools. * Couple parts for ready-device testing; after this process, uncouple and begin final finishing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
