




Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring compliance with manufacturing processes, ingredient handling, and equipment maintenance, following quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in DDS and ensure SOI updates 2. Portion ingredients, follow FIFO, and perform mixing 3. Keep equipment clean and ensure production plan adherence * Attend DDS at shift start. • Ensure SOIs are up to date. • Comply with SHE Policy: Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environment standards per Unilever requirements and applicable legislation; report conditions or acts below standard. • Portion ingredients per recipe in Wrong Addition. • Ensure all ingredients are correctly identified per procedure. • Apply FIFO to raw materials. • Complete material verification checklists prior to product manufacturing. • Perform ingredient mixing per recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. • Move materials using manual or electric pallet jacks. • Meet established baking parameters per procedure. • Dismantle and clean parts and equipment per procedure. • Ensure production plan adherence. • Complete documentation dossiers for portioned, mixed, and baked ingredients. • Maintain updated UNIU training records. • Place empty trays and remove full trays from Mimac. • De-mold baked Granola trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags. • Dispose of waste in designated bins, clean floors, and organize the work area.
