Job Summary: Professional required to lead, schedule, and monitor projects; manage risks; communicate with customers and stakeholders; and present status reports. Key Highlights: 1. Direct communication with customers regarding projects Responsibilities: Lead project meetings and follow up on action plans. Schedule and monitor phases of ongoing pilot projects. Conduct critical analysis stages of projects. Manage risks and opportunities for both series-produced and new products. Present status reports for projects under your responsibility during team and escalation meetings within the production unit. Communicate with customers on matters related to projects. Communicate with involved parties regarding project development. Monitor equipment arrival and line assembly for these projects. Perform categorization of ongoing projects. Manage financial indicators for projects under your responsibility. Monitor and present PDP gates for projects under your responsibility. Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems. Ensure order, custody, and maintenance of materials and equipment under your responsibility, as well as the workplace; maintain organization of documentation related to the work process. Perform other activities related to your role and work process procedures. This position handles sensitive information. Requirements: Education in International Trade, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Production Management Technology, Business Administration, Commercial Management Technology, or Hydraulic Engineering. Experience in project management or industrial engineering; knowledge of the PDP (Project Development Process) and FLM (Flawless Launch Metric) reporting. **Technical Knowledge:** project categorization, FLM – Flawless Launch Metric, PDP gates (Project Development Process), integration, Microsoft Office suite, area-specific procedures. Reside in Paraisópolis – MG.
