If you identify with our company and embrace this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** Work within the company focusing on treasury operations, responsible for supporting and controlling cash flow, banking operations, financial investments, and managing corporate insurance policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily and projected cash flow management, reconciling financial inflows and outflows (Knowledge of intercompany operations required). * Execute financial investments and redemptions according to internal policy. * Knowledge of credit operations, financing, and relationship management with banking institutions. * Monitor and report financial KPIs to management. * Manage corporate insurance (property, fleet, civil liability, etc.). * Support policy renewal, quotation, and contracting, as well as claims monitoring. * Ensure fulfillment of financial obligations and control accounting allocations for active policies. * Interact with insurance brokers, insurers, and internal departments to align coverage and risk assessments. * Develop and update managerial controls and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP systems experience (SAP preferred). * Knowledge of financial products and corporate insurance. * Familiarity with accounting entries for treasury and insurance operations. * Experience in multi-business or multi-CNPJ companies (Preferred). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury, including hands-on corporate insurance management. * Flexibility to work in a hybrid model in Lorena/SP. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR).
