**Responsibilities:**
* Support and perform activities related to the painting process under the guidance of Painters, including masking of parts, application of polyester filler, sanding of parts and aircraft, preparation and application of primer, internal painting of fairings and aircraft, and base painting of aircraft and components, ensuring compliance with expected quality standards.
* Perform technical support activities for innovation processes through the implementation and maintenance of facilities or equipment used in research, development, or technological innovation projects.
### **Requirements:**
* Completion of technical education is considered a plus.
* Previous experience in automotive, aeronautical, or industrial painting.
* Knowledge of surface preparation, including sanding, filler application, and use of abrasives.
* Basic understanding of painting processes, such as primer application, base coats, and protective coatings.
