Job Summary: This position provides general support in logistics and PCP, assisting with delivery monitoring, freight verification, document organization, and inventory counting. Key Highlights: 1. General support in logistics and PCP 2. Monitoring and tracking of deliveries 3. Organization and archiving of documents Assists in activities including delivery monitoring, freight verification, entering inventory counts into spreadsheets, general document organization and archiving, updating and digitizing production and packaging forms to support PCP, providing general feedback, assisting with inventory counts, and offering general support to the logistics and PCP analyst. Delivery Monitoring – generate pending delivery reports and contact carriers \- via website, e\-mail, or phone \- to confirm delivery dates and\/or estimates, and update this information in the Informantti system. Freight Verification and Inputting Carrier Freight Tables into the Informantti System; Entering inventory counts from receiving into calculation spreadsheets; General document organization and archiving Maintaining the carrier spreadsheet; Updating and digitizing production and packaging forms to support PCP; Providing general feedback, especially gathering delivery information and responding to e\-mails regarding this topic Assisting with inventory counts; Providing general support for the logistics and PCP analyst's activities.
