Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, verifying, and managing the pharmacy inventory, including receipt, storage, dispensing, and control of medications and materials, ensuring organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of pharmacy and material inventory 2. Control and segregation of psychotropic substances in accordance with regulations 3. Maintaining organization and compliance with quality standards **Job Description:** ---------------------- Control, verify, and perform cyclic inventory counts of the pharmacy stock, reporting discrepancies. Request, receive, store, separate, dispense, and record inventory deductions for medications and materials via the system. Verify returns and ensure proper storage of items. Assist in controlling and segregating psychotropic substances in accordance with regulations. Analyze departmental requests and adjust quantities according to CMM (Consumption Mean Monthly). Deliver medications and materials to satellite pharmacies (CC and PS). Perform unitization with dual verification, control expiration dates and consumption, preventing stockouts. Maintain organization, hygiene, courteous service, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
