We are seeking a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our team and work side by side with clients—configuring and parameterizing our systems, conducting training sessions, and ensuring every delivery occurs with quality and on schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** System Configuration: Perform remote installation and parameterization of solutions, following the company's technical standards. User Support: Conduct individual or group training sessions via videoconference, demonstrating step-by-step usage of tools. Schedule Management: Assist in tracking delivery dates and ensure the client follows the planned implementation workflow. Needs Assessment: Listen to the client to understand their operational processes and document this information for the technical team. Post-Implementation Follow-up: Monitor the client’s initial system access, answer questions, and ensure correct system usage. Operational Documentation: Create and update guides, manuals, and service records to facilitate users’ daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Up to 2 years of experience in system implementation, technical support, or legal areas. Technical and/or higher education (currently enrolled or completed) in IT, Public Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields. Possession of Brazilian driver’s license category B and availability for occasional travel.
