Job Summary: Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance services for air conditioning systems, handling basic tools, and performing cleaning and sanitization of equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Permanent CLT position with comprehensive benefits **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ACTIVITIES BELOW** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist mechanics in providing preventive and corrective maintenance services for air conditioning systems; \- Handle basic tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, drills, screwdrivers, among others; \- Clean air conditioning filters; \- Wash installed air conditioning units; \- Replace belts and valves; \- Sanitize air conditioning and ventilation equipment; \- Assist in leak testing of piping lines; \- Assist in compressor replacement; \- Help identify defects/failures in air conditioning equipment; \- Assist in repairing defective or damaged equipment; \- Assist in scaffolding assembly (if necessary); \- Check vehicle tires, water, and oil before trips; \- Verify tools requested by the technician; **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Availability to work on weekends; \- Valid driver's license (CNH) — preferred; \- Availability for travel and overtime; \- Prior experience in air conditioning is a plus; \- Experience in industrial electrical work is a plus; \- Interest in learning and basic knowledge of tools; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.955,38 \- R$2\.298,55 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
